Cancellations
Subscriptions are for an ongoing service that is billed monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time online.
If you would like to cancel, please do so before the next bill date; otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following months box. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycles.

What to do if something is broken?
We take pride in packaging every box with tender-loving care. If a BIY box item is broken send piece back for a full refund.
Entire subscription box is nonrefundable.
